Andrew Feldman is the co-founder and CEO of Cerebras Systems, the leading manufacturer of the world's largest AI chip. He founded the company in 2016 with the goal of redesigning computing from the ground up to accelerate AI research and applications. Today, the company is valued at over four billion dollars after raising $720 million in funding. He holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Stanford University. He began his career in 1991 in sales and marketing, later holding leadership positions at several technology companies, including Force10 Networks, which was subsequently sold to Dell for $800 million. Before Cerebras, he founded SeaMicro, which pioneered the microserver category and was acquired by AMD for $357 million. He led the development of the largest computer chip ever built, creating a paradigm shift in accelerating AI research across various sectors. Under his leadership, the company achieved unprecedented technological milestones in high-performance computing and demonstrated the viability of an innovative approach to designing processors specifically for AI. He is known for his bold approach to challenging technical conventions and rethinking traditional computing architecture. He regularly lectures at Stanford Graduate School of Business and is considered a leading voice in AI infrastructure and next-generation processors.
