Antonio Neri

President & CEO

Antonio Neri serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), one of the world's largest information technology companies specializing in enterprise computing, hybrid cloud, and artificial intelligence solutions. He assumed leadership in February 2018, becoming the first Latino CEO in the company's history, following a career spanning over 23 years within the organization. Born in Argentina in 1967 to Italian parents, he began his professional training at age 15 as an engineering apprentice in the Argentine Navy, where he worked on repairing radar and sonar systems. He holds an engineering degree from the Industrial Technical School. He joined Hewlett-Packard in 1995 through a call center in Amsterdam and progressed through multiple leadership roles, including managing the server, networking, and technical services sectors. He led major strategic acquisitions including Aruba Networks, Cray, Silver Peak, Zerto, and Juniper Networks, strengthening HPE's position in high-performance computing, networking, and cybersecurity. He launched the Next initiative, which radically restructured the company and reduced the product portfolio by 75 percent while enhancing innovation. He is known for his transformational leadership that combined technical innovation with operational efficiency. Under his management, the company achieved its highest levels of employee engagement in history and was ranked among the top 100 companies to work for by Fortune magazine. He serves as a member of the World Economic Forum's International Business Council and the Technology Committee of the Business Roundtable. At LEAP 2026, he presents his vision on hybrid computing and enterprise artificial intelligence, key pillars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's digital transformation journey and the development of its advanced technical infrastructure.
