Hanne Jesca Bax serves as the Global Vice President of Client and Industries at EY, one of the world's largest professional services firms with over 360,000 employees worldwide. She leads the global client service strategy and oversees the firm's relationships with key decision-makers in global enterprises, driving solution innovation and delivering tangible market impact. She joined EY in Abu Dhabi at the age of 21 as a junior audit associate and progressed over three decades through various leadership roles. She served as Managing Partner for the Netherlands and Belgium markets, Deputy Tax Leader for Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa, and Markets and Accounts Leader for the EMEIA region, where she led market entry strategies. She is the global sponsor for the strategic partnerships with SAP and ServiceNow. She has overseen numerous strategic alliance relationships for the firm at both regional and global levels. She has contributed to developing innovative business models that integrate advanced technology into professional services and enhance enterprise client experiences on a broad global scale. She has led multiple initiatives to improve client service quality and strengthen relationships with major enterprises. She is known for her inclusive leadership style, which focuses on bringing out the best in individuals and building a culture of innovation and sustainable growth. Together with her husband, she supports the Future Hope charity, which serves underprivileged children in Kolkata, India.
