Justin Hotard

President and CEO

Justin Hotard serves as the President and CEO of Nokia, the Finnish telecommunications giant that serves network operators and public and private sector institutions worldwide. He assumed the position in April 2025, following a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in leading computing, artificial intelligence, and data center businesses. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from MIT Sloan. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Data Center and AI Group at Intel as of February 2024, where he was responsible for data center products and the mission of advancing AI deployment. Prior to that, he spent eight years at HPE as Executive Vice President of High-Performance Computing, AI, and Labs. At HPE, he led the delivery of AI solutions to customers tackling the most complex problems through data-intensive workloads, and oversaw the applied research group at Hewlett Packard Labs. Before that, he held the position of President of NCR Small Business, as well as roles in corporate development and operations at Symbol Technologies and Motorola. He is known for his expertise in driving transformation and growth in computing and data center businesses, and is regarded as a prominent leader in delivering scalable enterprise AI systems. He combines deep technical understanding with the ability to guide business strategy. He is participating in LEAP 2026 to share his vision on the future of telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and artificial intelligence—key pillars of the Kingdom’s strategy to build next-generation networks and expand its digital infrastructure.
