Chief Manufacturing Officer

Chris Goodey is Chief Manufacturing Officer at CEER, the Saudi electric vehicle brand established in 2022 as a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund and Foxconn. He leads CEER's manufacturing division, responsible for designing, delivering, launching and operating the company's manufacturing operations to global standards and building its technical team. He has overseen progress on the Ceer Manufacturing Complex at King Abdullah Economic City, a 1.3 billion dollar, 530,000 square metre facility spanning every stage of vehicle production from the press and body shops to paint and final assembly, which he has said will surpass any other automotive plant in the Middle East and North Africa in scale, automation and technology. CEER unveiled its first flagship vehicles, the Exobot sedan and SUV, in September 2026.
