Nouf Alotaibi is Lead AI Engineer at HUMAIN, the Saudi artificial intelligence company backed by the Public Investment Fund, where she works within its AI engineering team. She is a contributing author on the research behind ALLaM, HUMAIN's Arabic-English large language model, and has also worked on named entity recognition research and AraEval, an Arabic multi-task evaluation suite for large language models. Her work centres on developing and evaluating the AI models embedded across HUMAIN's products, with a focus on advancing Arabic-language AI capabilities.
