The HR Tech Saudi Summit returns for its tenth annual edition on 16 and 17 November 2026 at voco Riyadh, under the theme Powered by People, Empowered by Tech. It is a two-day in-person summit for human resources and information technology leaders across the Kingdom.
The programme covers the digital transformation of HR in Saudi Arabia: cloud-based HR platforms, AI-powered talent acquisition, people analytics, employee experience, learning and development, workforce nationalisation and regulatory compliance, and the security of employee data. It is aimed at chief human resources officers and HR directors, chief information officers and heads of digital transformation, and heads of talent management, learning and development and people analytics, drawn from government entities, semi-government companies, public sector organisations and private companies. The organiser expects more than 400 decision-makers to attend.
Attendance is by prior registration through the registration-of-interest form on the summit website. No fee has been published, and the organiser refers to an early-bird discount for early registration. Alongside the main sessions the programme includes C-suite panels, case studies from a range of industries, live in-room surveys, an interactive hackathon, a dedicated speakers table, and an advisory board that helps shape the agenda topics.
