IBRAM Conference for Government Procurement and Projects 2026

About the event
The IBRAM Conference for Government Procurement and Projects is a specialist professional conference held on 13 and 14 December 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Financial District, over two days of panel sessions and professional meetings. Its name stands for the five ideas that frame the programme: institutional practice, bidding, regulation, agreements and management. It is held under licence number 26/4535 issued by the Saudi Exhibition and Convention Bureau.
The programme is built around five main tracks: government projects, covering strategic risk management, feasibility studies and proactive planning; procurement and contracts, covering contractual governance, the drafting of terms and the management of change orders; digital transformation, covering automation of the tendering cycle and artificial intelligence applications in government procurement; local content, covering compliance measurement and the realisation of economic value; and capability development, covering professional qualification and the building of sustainable national capacity. It is aimed at leaders of government entities, project managers, procurement and contract specialists, consulting and technology firms and suppliers, and is expected to bring together more than 300 participants and over 30 speakers and experts drawn from about 150 government and quasi-government entities.
Attendance is paid, with the ticket price inclusive of value added tax and a certified electronic tax invoice issued after payment; group registration for companies and government entities is available at special rates. Every attendee receives an official certificate of attendance sent electronically after the event closes. The programme is accompanied by introductory sessions in which companies present their services and products alongside open discussions of challenges and solutions, and the second day closes with an awards ceremony honouring partners, speakers, sponsors and organisers.
