A procurement and contract management professional with over seven years of experience in developing and managing procurement across strategic and vital sectors, including infrastructure, atomic energy and privatisation. He has experience leading procurement and contracting operations, developing strategies, policies and regulatory frameworks, improving spending efficiency, strengthening governance and aligning procurement with the strategic objectives of the organisations he serves. He is currently Senior Procurement Director at the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center, and holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration specialising in finance, alongside several professional certifications in procurement and project management.
