He has led procurement initiatives that strengthened governance, improved operational transparency, optimised procurement planning and delivered measurable value while ensuring full compliance with the Government Tenders and Procurement Law. His expertise spans the complete procurement lifecycle, from strategic procurement planning and market analysis through supplier evaluation, tender management, contract negotiation and commercial risk mitigation to post-award contract administration. He has managed procurement activities supporting nationally significant projects, including infrastructure programmes valued at over SAR three billion, procurement planning for ministerial budgets, and strategic initiatives supporting Saudi participation in the World Economic Forum in Davos.
