WTM Spotlight Riyadh 2026

WTM Spotlight Riyadh runs from 8 to 10 September 2026 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Centre, opening 13:00 to 21:00 on each of its three days. It is the first edition of WTM Spotlight, a new series from the World Travel Market portfolio built on a single idea: dedicate an entire show to one market rather than spreading it across many, so exhibitors, visitors and media can form deeper relationships with local industry leaders and experience the destination first-hand because the show takes place inside it.
The floor covers the full travel value chain — destinations and giga-projects, hotels and attractions, transport, experience providers and travel technology — and is organised around three pillars. Future Stage is an executive conference programme covering investment, customer experience, inbound and outbound opportunity, and connectivity between destinations across the Kingdom. Buyers Club is a B2B programme of pre-scheduled meetings connecting suppliers with Saudi buyers and a curated group of fully hosted international buyers, including tour operators, DMCs, travel agents and meeting planners. The Hosted Buyer Programme is application-based and requires senior purchasing and contracting authority, demonstrable Saudi inbound or outbound activity, and a commitment to attend at least 30 pre-scheduled appointments during the show.
The show is organised by Reed Exhibitions (RX) through RX Arabia, its Riyadh-based Saudi arm; RX produces over 400 events across 42 sectors in 22 countries and is part of the RELX group. WTM Spotlight Riyadh is co-located with FIBO Arabia 2026 and inter aviation Arabia 2026 at the same venue: a B2B registration for any one of the three grants access to all three, while consumer (B2C) visitors may attend WTM Spotlight Riyadh and FIBO Arabia only, as inter aviation Arabia is B2B-only. Three ticket types are offered — Business, Public and Press. Registration is open on the organiser's portal and is free for a limited period that the organiser has not dated, with a 100 SAR ticket payable on-site.
