Prince Saud bin Mohammed Al Saud is a Saudi executive with more than eighteen years of leadership experience spanning tourism development, investment strategy, entrepreneurship ecosystems, innovation acceleration, corporate banking and organisational transformation. He heads TDF Grow, the Tourism Development Fund's non-financial enablement arm, which he joined as its director in 2020 before taking on the executive directorship; the centre runs the Grow tourism incubator, a three-month tourism accelerator, and a regional programme of hackathons and bootcamps in Asir, Al-Ahsa and Madinah, and has reached more than 8,800 beneficiaries among entrepreneurs and small and medium tourism enterprises. Earlier in his career he worked in corporate banking, managing the relationships of multinational companies operating in the Kingdom, and in Saudi Arabia's technology incubation and acceleration ecosystem through the Badir programme. He has worked at executive and board level on governance frameworks, investment portfolios, funding ecosystems and enterprise growth strategy, with a record of building national programmes that support economic diversification and widen private-sector participation. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering from King Saud University.
