Abdullah Al Fryan is an Executive Director at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), where he leads strategic tourism, heritage, and destination development initiatives supporting Saudi Vision 2030. With over 13 years of experience, he has led major city-shaping programs, including Riyadh’s Tourism Strategy, the transformation of Al Duhu and Old Hilla into a flagship heritage destination, tourism product development, and large-scale environmental and urban infrastructure projects. Abdullah combines expertise in strategy, investment readiness, heritage conservation, and destination management with hands-on experience delivering complex, multi-billion-riyal initiatives. A frequent speaker on tourism and heritage, he is passionate about creating authentic visitor experiences that connect culture, history, and sustainable urban development.
