Nadeem Zaman
Chief Strategy Officer
Nadeem Zaman is Group Chief Strategy Officer at Rua Al Madinah Holding, the Public Investment Fund company developing the pilgrim hospitality district next to the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, where he leads group strategy and transformation. He came to the role after serving as Chief Strategy and Transformation Advisor to Saudi Arabia's Minister of Investment, working on the National Investment Strategy that underpins Vision 2030, and before that as Advisor for Corporate Development and Transformation at Digital Dubai, where he ran strategy, HR, finance, procurement and legal alongside city-level digitisation programmes. His earlier career includes chief executive of a private family office, Group Chief Strategy Officer at GEMS Education and several vice-president roles at Dubai World Trade Centre covering exhibitions and events and business transformation, following programme and post-merger integration work in the UK for Virgin Group and Prudential. He holds a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM — the London School of Economics, NYU Stern and HEC Paris partnership — and a BA (Hons) in accounting and financial management from the University of Essex, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting and of the Association for Project Management.
