Ahmad Yousry Elbeheiry is Senior Director of Development for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey at Accor, working within the luxury brands division with a primary focus on Egypt and Saudi Arabia, where he sources and negotiates hotel development and franchise agreements. He previously led development for Aleph Hospitality DMCC and held senior valuation and consulting roles at HVS and Colliers International MENA, building expertise in hotel feasibility, asset management and investment advisory. Earlier he managed corporate real estate accounts at JLL MENA for multinational clients, and began his career in hotel operations with InterContinental and Sofitel. A member of RICS, he brings more than 15 years of cross-sector real estate and hospitality experience.
