Mohamed El-Fakharany is a food and beverage operator with more than twenty years of leadership across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, and the organiser lists him for the summit as Chief Operating Officer at Dan Company, the Public Investment Fund subsidiary building Saudi agritourism, ecotourism and adventure tourism experiences. He is best known as Chief Operating Officer of Barns, the Kingdom's largest homegrown coffee chain, founded in Jeddah in 1992 and now operating more than 600 branches across the country, where he oversaw commercial direction, innovation and regional expansion. His work spans large-scale operational transformation, cross-market expansion and performance-focused business models, and he is regularly consulted on franchising strategy, market development, operational excellence and Saudi consumer behaviour.
