He has a track record of driving growth and operational excellence at large multi-market organizations, deep experience building high-performing teams across dispersed locations, and experience leading complex business transformations with full profit-and-loss responsibility. His leadership spans end-to-end retail operations, expansion strategy, process improvement and elevating the customer experience.
