Hassan Tamimi is Chief Executive Officer of The Little Things, a pop culture lifestyle and collectibles retailer, where he previously served as Managing Director. The brand has flagship stores in The Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and Bluewaters, and in September 2025 opened its first store in Saudi Arabia at Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, backed by Spacetoon, which oversees its regional operations and marketing. The move was part of a 2025 growth plan covering six countries, including Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon and Uzbekistan, with six new stores and nine pop-ups. The Little Things collaborates with Mattel, Hasbro, Bandai Namco and Sanrio and positions itself as a one-stop hub for collectors across the region. Tamimi says today's shoppers are hungry for new experiences and want to understand the story behind brands and engage with trends, and he sees data and loyalty as key drivers of a strong presence online and offline, along with reassuring customers that they are buying licensed products.
