Carolyn Turnbull is CEO of Nammos Hotels & Resorts and a globally respected luxury hospitality executive with more than 25 years of international experience. She has built iconic brands, led complex mixed-use developments, and delivered transformational growth across hospitality, tourism and real estate. At Nammos, Carolyn is leading the evolution of the brand from its legendary Mykonos beach club origins into a global ultra-luxury lifestyle hospitality platform, anchored by Nammos Hotel Mykonos, with development in Saudi Arabia, the Maldives, Egypt and Montenegro. Carolyn spent more than a decade working alongside industry pioneer Adrian Zecha, helping shape Aman’s global brand before becoming the founding CEO of Azerai. She holds an Executive MBA from Nanyang Business School and completed Cornell University’s Advanced Management Program.
