Muhannad Alghanmi has spent more than seventeen years working in leadership, talent development and organizational transformation, experience built up across a range of industries and countries. He is Director of Leadership Development at Qiddiya, the Public Investment Fund company established in 2018 to develop and operate Qiddiya City, a 360-square-kilometre entertainment, sports and culture destination taking shape along the Tuwaiq escarpment in Riyadh Province. The project was announced in April 2017 as one of the giga-projects of Saudi Vision 2030, with early estimates pointing to some seventeen million visits a year by 2030 and around 325,000 jobs, and it has begun opening its first assets, among them Six Flags Qiddiya City. Standing up an organization of that scale places the human capital agenda — succession planning, executive and management development, capability frameworks and the internal leadership pipeline — near the centre of the company's build-out, and that is the function he directs. His practice sits where corporate learning, talent management and large-scale organizational change meet, and his career has spanned several sectors and geographies rather than a single industry.
