Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Riyadh 2026 is a show dedicated to chocolate, pastry and gelato. It takes place from 7 to 9 December 2026 at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, alongside HORECA Riyadh.
The show brings together chocolatiers, pastry chefs and chocolate lovers. Exhibitors present their products next to a daily programme that includes the Chocolate Fashion Show, a Pastry Show where chefs from Riyadh and around the world demonstrate their recipes and trade secrets, and competitions in more than 10 categories, from chocolate showpieces to live pastry challenges. Daily talks bring chocolate, pastry, gelato and coffee experts together to discuss market performance and leading trends, and the Saudi Elite Chefs competition, organized by the Culinary Arts Commission, runs on 8 and 9 December.
Programme activities run from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm on the first day and from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm on the second and third days. Visitors register through the online registration form published on the show website and must be at least 18 years old. The show is aimed at industry professionals and chocolate enthusiasts.
