Milli Midwood
Editorial Director, Out of Office
Milli Midwood is a British-born editor and media executive who has spent her career in Gulf publishing. Born in the United Kingdom, she moved to Dubai in 1993 and attended Dubai English Speaking School, Jumeirah College and Esmod before reading Fine Art at the University of Kent in England. She returned to the UAE after university and built an editorial record across OK! Magazine, Stylist and Grazia, then spent three years as digital editor of Harper's Bazaar Arabia, where she led the title's digital strategy and platforms. In January 2020 she was appointed the youngest-ever Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan Middle East, at the time the largest-selling young women's magazine in the region. Since 2021 she has been Editorial Director at ITP Media Group, overseeing the publisher's young women's group — including the luxury title GRAZIA Middle East — as well as its travel division. She leads Out of Office, the luxury travel journal ITP launched in March 2023 and distributes quarterly alongside Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Esquire Middle East, GQ and Arabian Business, and which is positioned as Saudi Arabia's only dedicated luxury travel title. She has lived in the UAE for more than three decades.
