SEA Expo Connex 2026
About the event
SEA Expo Connex was scheduled for 21 and 22 October 2026 at Qiddiya City near Riyadh, but the organiser has officially announced its cancellation on the summit page after what it called a difficult decision, citing the high level of international participation and the priority given to the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone involved. The organiser says its commitment to Saudi Arabia's entertainment and attractions industry remains as strong as ever, and it looks forward to bringing the community together at SEA Expo in Riyadh in 2027.
The summit was aimed at operators, developers, investors, suppliers and government stakeholders, and was built around three pillars: connect, experience and learn. It offered conference sessions on industry trends, investment and operational challenges, focused networking among senior decision-makers, and guided educational tours led by the teams behind Six Flags Qiddiya City on day one and Aquarabia Qiddiya City on day two.
Attendance was through two types of delegate pass, operator and supplier, covering both days of sessions, the guided tours, networking meals and an evening dinner, with places limited. The organiser did not publish a pass price, and registration stopped following the cancellation.
