She works on some of the platform's best-known benchmarks, including the blooloop Innovation Awards and the blooloop 50 influencer lists, and follows the immersive sector in particular, tracking how storytelling and technology come together to create high-impact visitor experiences. She has a background in business and marketing and a Master's degree in Global Sustainability from the University of Exeter. She is a keen advocate of conservation and sustainable practice in the attractions industry and works on the greenloop conference on sustainability in visitor attractions.
