Jaya Shanker Tedla

Dr. Jaya Shanker Tedla is an associate professor and program coordinator of the Physical Therapy Program at King Khalid University, Abha, Saudi Arabia. With over 20 years of academic, clinical, and research experience, he has treated more than 100,000 patients across India, Iraq, Brazil, the USA, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. He earned his bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. in physical therapy from Manipal University, India, and completed advanced fellowships in non-invasive brain stimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation, neurodevelopmental therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and sensory integration. Dr. Tedla has authored over 120 peer-reviewed publications, secured more than 10 national and international research grants, holds four patents, and has written two textbooks. He serves as an editor and reviewer for several international journals, mentors postgraduate researchers, and conducts workshops worldwide. His expertise, leadership, and humanitarian contributions have made him a respected figure in physical therapy and rehabilitation.
