Faisal Alotaibi

Dr. Faisal Alotaibi, MD, FACS, is Professor of Neurological Surgery at Alfaisal University and a member of the Neuroscience Centre of Excellence at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He completed his specialized training at Western University in Canada and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr. Alotaibi is a founding Board Member of the International Epilepsy Surgery Society (IESS) and currently serves as President of the Saudi Epilepsy Society. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the World Society of Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery (WSSFN) and serves on the Board Directors Committee of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS). His research focuses on clinical and basic science studies aimed at improving the understanding and treatment of functional neurological disorders, as well as advancing research in neuroscience and neural restoration.
