Wayne Holland is vice-president and managing partner of Tulipe Consultants, a company based in Dallas, Texas. Tulipe works as an electric vehicle charging broker: it identifies high-traffic properties such as shopping centres, apartment complexes and parking lots, installs and maintains level two and direct-current fast chargers at its own cost, and shares the resulting revenue with property owners through usage fees, advertising and tax incentives. He runs the firm alongside its president, Renee Holland.
