Saaim Aslam is Head of Enterprise Technology at Almosafer. He is responsible for the internal technology estate that the customer never sees but that every transaction depends on: core enterprise systems and integrations, cloud and infrastructure, identity and access, security and compliance controls, and the service management practice that keeps availability where a booking business needs it. The role also carries the automation agenda inside the organisation, replacing manual reconciliation and back-office steps with connected systems so that operating cost does not rise in step with transaction volume.
