He builds and runs the company's digital channel: the online store and its apps, integration with branch inventory, cross-channel pricing and promotions, and the purchase experience from browsing through delivery and returns. His work extends to digital supply chain, ship-from-store fulfilment and the delivery network, and to widening the assortment offered online while keeping the physical store and the digital channel in balance.
