Rishi Das-Gupta

Rishi Das-Gupta has led the Health Innovation Network, the health innovation body for south London, since March 2021, joining from Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust where he was Chief Innovation and Technology Officer. A medical doctor by training, he has held NHS executive roles as director of innovation and as director of operations, and worked earlier as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company and Oliver Wyman. He holds an MBBS, an MA in law from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School, and is a fellow of the Sciana network of European health leaders. He submitted written evidence to a House of Lords committee on large language models, and works on using technology to change clinical and operational practice and to help patients manage their own conditions.
