Qais Amori is Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Almosafer, the travel arm of Saudi Arabia's Seera Group, covering online booking, retail travel branches and corporate and religious travel. He leads product and engineering across the booking journey: search and pricing across airlines and hotels, the payment and issuance layer, the mobile app, loyalty, and the data platform behind personalisation and pricing decisions. Travel technology has to reconcile third-party inventory systems that were never designed for a single seamless journey, and the digital agenda increasingly turns on assistants and conversational interfaces changing how a trip gets searched and booked.
