Manoj Kumar Agarwal is co-founder and managing partner of Seafund, an early-stage deep technology venture fund based in India with more than twenty-five investments in areas including deep tech, climate technology, mobility, robotics, enterprise software and enterprise AI, fintech and medical technology. He has more than twenty-five years of experience building and running businesses, covering mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and business strategy, and has invested personally in more than twenty startups. He previously served as chief executive of Pursuit Technologies, an IT infrastructure company, and held senior strategy and country leadership roles at Karuturi Global. He holds an engineering degree in computer science from BMS College of Engineering and a leadership and general management certificate from INSEAD.
