Manal Mansour AlNemari is a Saudi digital health leader with more than 20 years of experience directing large-scale artificial intelligence, robotics and digital health programmes. At the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia she works as an innovation and emerging technology leader, advising on healthcare and wellbeing and consulting on digital health transformation, and she has led national programmes in pharmacy automation, real-time clinical data platforms, telehealth and clinical intelligence with measurable effects on patient safety, access and operational efficiency. She joined King Fahad Medical City in 2014 as manager of pharmacy informatics and automation, where she led the introduction of the first centralised robotic pharmacy system in the Middle East and the second worldwide, a project valued at more than 33 million Saudi riyals whose results she later published in JMIR Human Factors, and she is recognised as the first Saudi woman to specialise in applying robotics across outpatient and inpatient settings. She moved to the Ministry of Health in 2020 as a consultant on the central committee for pharmacy and informatics, and in 2022 became team lead for health information system adoption and utilisation. A registered pharmacist, she holds a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences from King Saud University and an executive MBA specialised in healthcare and wellbeing from the Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship, alongside PMP, ITIL4 and further professional certifications. In 2025 she received the Industry-Specific Innovation Award for Emerging Sectors from the TechWomen4Boards platform in London, and she is recognised under the Women Leader 2030 programme.
