Kamal Hassan works at the intersection of corporate innovation, venture capital and operational execution, with more than thirty years of experience across the United States, the MENA region and Europe. A three time founder who has built and exited technology companies, he has deployed over 500 million dollars as a general partner across corporate venture capital platforms, funds and syndicates, launched and scaled more than 120 ventures through venture studios and accelerators, and designed and run more than twenty corporate venture capital programmes. He holds a master's degree in genetic engineering from San Francisco State University, and has taken executive education at Harvard Business School, the Wharton School and the Leeds School of Business. TURN8, the Dubai based platform he founded, works through four arms covering growth capital, venture building, an AI studio, and an accelerator that helps international startups scale into Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
