Heiko Seitz

Heiko Seitz is a partner at PwC and its global eMobility leader for the Middle East, based in Dubai. He has around twenty years of international hands-on experience across mobility, energy and infrastructure, and worked at EY, Accenture and BP before joining the firm. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School, studied between 2007 and 2009. He is lead author of the firm's eMobility Outlook series for Gulf markets, including the 2024 Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates editions and the 2025 Qatar edition, and is listed among the contacts of its global smart mobility hub. He told The National in June 2024 that making electric mobility work in the Middle East depends on offering users the car models they actually want to buy, and told Arab News on the sidelines of the EV Auto Show in Riyadh that the Public Investment Fund ecosystem would invest approximately thirty-nine billion dollars through 2030 in creating an entirely new industry.
