Haruhiko Ando

Haruhiko Ando is the President of the Japan Cooperation Center for Petroleum and Sustainable Energy (JCCP) and a Fellow Researcher at the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI). He joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Japan in 1985 and held positions including Director of the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Office and a founding member of the International Partnership for Hydrogen Economy. He has served as a visiting professor at Kyoto University, Hitotsubashi University, and Osaka Electro-Communication University.
