Hanine Estephan is a public health scientist turned healthcare executive whose work spans epidemiology, strategy consulting and digital health. She holds a doctorate of science in epidemiology from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, awarded in 2011, and earned both a master's in health management and policy and a bachelor's degree in medical laboratory technology at the American University of Beirut. She worked as a health specialist consultant at the World Bank from 2013 to 2014, then spent four years at Oliver Wyman, latterly as senior engagement manager, advising health systems and life science clients. From 2018 to 2020 she was commercial and operational director for market development and partnerships at Zava, then the largest pan-European online doctor and pharmacy service, where she led its launch in France. She was afterwards global group science and wellness director at the retailer Holland and Barrett until 2025. She sits on the boards of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, served on the advisory board of the digital mental health platform MindBerry.
