Faisal Alazib

Executive Director

Faisal Alazib is executive director of the United Nations Global Compact Network in Saudi Arabia, the local arm of the UN's corporate sustainability initiative, having previously run its corporate sustainability programmes. The network helps Saudi companies align their operations with the Global Compact's ten principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and with the Sustainable Development Goals. He holds a master's degree in political science with a specialisation in international relations, and his background covers international law, human rights and geopolitical analysis in the Middle East and North Africa. He has spoken publicly on keeping Saudi Arabia's digital transformation under Vision 2030 aligned with sustainability and human dignity.
