Fadi AlShaikh

General Manager

Fadi AlShaikh is general manager of Volt Charge, a Saudi manufacturer of alternating and direct current electric vehicle chargers based in Riyadh, where it runs its own research and development centre and factory and is building towards an annual capacity of forty thousand chargers. He has more than sixteen years in the electrical industry and holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power electronics. He was previously e-mobility lead for ABB in the Kingdom and spoke for the company in August 2022 when it announced that ABB E-mobility would supply Electromin, part of the Petromin group, with chargers for a hundred fuel stations across Saudi Arabia. His earlier career took him from a sales team leadership role at Legrand to business development manager for e-mobility at ABB, then senior manager for electric vehicle chargers at Ceer Motors and head of business development at EVIQ.
