Cyril Seck

Strategy Adviser

Cyril Seck is a strategy and policy adviser working on public health transformation in Africa. His practice covers strategic planning, process and organisation design, and change management, and he has advised governments, foundations, multilateral organisations and corporations across several sectors. He serves as a digital strategy adviser at the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, where he has contributed to the continental digital transformation strategy that aims to make digital health a central part of Africa's health security agenda, and to the Africa Digital Health Network. He has argued publicly that digital tools are critical to the early detection and rapid response capabilities a resilient African health system depends on. He is based in Paris and studied at EMLYON Business School.
