Anna Erat

Anna Erat is a Swiss physician specialising in general internal medicine and sports medicine, working in preventive and longevity medicine. She trained at the University of Zurich and Harvard Medical School, carried out post-doctoral research at Harvard in biomedicine and genetics, and holds a PhD in epidemiology and health systems management from the University of Basel. She was chief physician at the Hirslanden Check-Up Center in Zurich and medical director for prevention and sports medicine at Longevity Center Europe, and in 2026 was appointed chief medical officer of the Zurich preventive health company Ahead Health. She is a clinical lecturer at the University of Zurich and faculty at the University of St. Gallen Executive School, and has spoken on preventive medicine at the United Nations and the World Economic Forum.
