Agnieszka Czekała
Electromobility Coordinator
Agnieszka Czekała is electromobility coordinator at Solar-Project, a Polish renewable energy contractor based in Złotniki near Poznań. The company works in photovoltaics, heat pumps, battery storage and electric vehicle charging infrastructure — alternating and direct current stations, wallboxes and carports — handling design, permitting, construction, annual inspections and servicing. She sits on the standing expert panel of the property publication Investor Real Estate Expert. Her published specialisms include the legal distinction in Polish law between a charging station, public or non-public, where a charging service is provided and which falls under the supervision of the technical inspection authority, and a charging point where no such service is provided; the installation of chargers on heritage buildings, where conservation officers are reluctant to accept modern architectural forms set against historic fabric; and the effect of good maintenance in cutting energy use, lowering running costs and extending charger life. She notes that direct current chargers now on the market, rated between fifty and four hundred kilowatts, make long-distance travel on a single charge possible.
