Scott Fraser is a health technology and digital transformation leader who combines two decades of experience across medical education and medical technology with a track record in high-growth startups. A foundational member of the Heidi Health team, he helped establish and scale the company, which builds an AI care partner designed to expand clinical capacity by automating administrative work. His most significant achievement to date was helping spearhead the platform's growth into the UK National Health Service, taking it from a nascent stage to covering approximately 60 per cent of the NHS within a single 12-month period; the platform is now recognised as a market leader in the United Kingdom as well as in Australia and New Zealand. His work is driven by a focus on returning time to healthcare providers so that clinicians can concentrate on their patients, and he has championed and collaborated on strategic rollouts that removed more than 90 per cent of administrative time for healthcare workers by automating documentation, form filling and task management. Heidi today supports more than two million consultations each week, and he oversees the company's strategic expansion and adoption across Gulf Cooperation Council markets, bringing a holistic understanding of scaling healthcare technology in diverse global markets while adhering to international security standards.
