Nada Fida

President

Nada Fida is a professional certified coach who serves as president of the Saudi Arabia chapter of the International Coaching Federation, where she provides strategic leadership and governance oversight for the coaching profession across the kingdom. She holds the federation's professional certified coach credential and brings more than two decades of experience in leadership development, emotional intelligence and executive coaching, and she previously served the same chapter as its marketing director. Her practice covers leadership and resilience coaching, team coaching aimed at building high performing teams through stronger communication and collaboration, and emotional intelligence consulting for individuals and organisations. She is a certified practitioner of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments and a senior certified transcendence coach through Coaches Circle Academy, where she also serves on the faculty. Alongside her coaching work she consults in learning and development, and her earlier career included leadership roles in training and development and in patient and customer experience, which inform how she reads organisational dynamics. She is also active in social responsibility work.
