Pradeep Sharma is Co-Founder of AccrePro, a digital platform that applies intelligent automation and artificial intelligence to healthcare accreditation, quality, risk and governance. He has worked across hospitals, health clusters and regulatory environments, and specialises in translating complex accreditation standards into scalable, technology-enabled operating models. He has led the design of AI-driven solutions covering accreditation mapping, continuous compliance monitoring, the linkage of incidents to specific standards, and AI-assisted survey readiness, supporting frameworks such as CBAHI, the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions, and Joint Commission International, alongside wider international best practice. AccrePro's accreditation management system operates organisation-wide, handling information, the distribution of assignments, data processing, charts and dashboards, and departmental and enterprise reporting across the phases before, during and after an assessment by an external accrediting body. His work is aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and is aimed at moving healthcare organisations away from episodic compliance ahead of a survey and towards continuous quality assurance, so that readiness becomes a permanent state rather than a periodic exercise. He is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
