Nada Hassan

Co-founder and Chief Business Officer

Nada Hassan is a healthcare executive with more than 19 years of experience spanning commercial strategy, revenue growth, marketing, operations, digital health, pharmaceuticals and healthcare services. She works across Egypt and Saudi Arabia and has a track record of building and scaling healthcare businesses in the complex, heavily regulated markets of the MENA region. She co-founded Estshara, an online medical consultation platform, and carried it from inception through to a successful exit, then contributed to the growth and operational transformation of Vara AI. In 2024 she co-founded Nuxera AI together with Amin El Hemaily and Asad Khan; the company builds Arabic-first clinical artificial intelligence for hospitals and health clusters, and its SERA platform turns doctor-patient conversations into structured medical records coded to standards such as ICD-10 and SNOMED. In October 2025 Nuxera AI closed a 2.5 million dollar pre-seed round led by Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health. As Co-Founder and Chief Business and Operations Officer she leads the company's healthcare business and operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, developing tailored solutions for providers, optimising client portfolios, building strategic partnerships and shaping long-term commercial strategy. Her areas of expertise include strategic revenue growth, B2B and B2C sales, go-to-market strategy, regulatory alignment, digital health, business development, venture building and cross-functional leadership. She holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, completed executive education in AI in Healthcare at Harvard Medical School, and is pursuing doctoral studies in strategic planning.
