Muteab Altukeas is Chief Executive Officer of Dallah Health, with wide experience in project management, strategy and investment. During his time at the company he has contributed to its growth strategy and expansion, helping it become one of the largest private healthcare networks in the Saudi sector. The network comprises six hospitals and five clinics alongside home healthcare and telemedicine services, and handles roughly four million patient visits a year. TIME ranked Dallah Health as the fastest growing healthcare company in the region in 2025.
