Nasser Al Huqbani became Chief Executive Officer of Health Holding Company in January 2023, a year after the Saudi Cabinet moved public healthcare assets from the Ministry of Health to the company and its subsidiaries. The state-owned group oversees the Kingdom's health clusters and delivers care to more than 20 million people, and he leads its shift of the public system towards a sustainable, high-performance model of care. Before joining the company he was group chief executive of the Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group, one of the largest private hospital operators in the region. Forbes Middle East placed him at the head of its 2025 ranking of the region's leading healthcare executives.
