Mohanned AlRasheed is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Lean Business Services, the Public Investment Fund company that builds and operates the digital infrastructure of Saudi Arabia's health transformation. Since the company was established in 2017 he has led it from a start-up into the national operator behind the Kingdom's flagship health platforms, serving more than 30 million citizens, connecting thousands of healthcare facilities and enabling the Ministry of Health's move to data-driven preventive care. His career spans the institutions of the national transformation: before Lean he held leadership roles at Takamol Holding, the government company behind the Kingdom's labour-market programmes, and at Tatweer, its education counterpart, after beginning his career in consulting with KPMG. Across health, labour and education his work has carried one thread, building national institutions that outlast their founders and transferring capability to the teams who run them.
