Helen O'Neill

Dr Helen O'Neill is a molecular geneticist who is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hertility Health, a health-technology company applying a precision-medicine approach to reproductive health so that women can make informed decisions about their fertility and gain insight into their reproductive and genetic health; within weeks of launch, seven thousand women had signed up. She is also an Associate Professor in Reproductive and Molecular Genetics at the Institute for Women's Health, University College London, where she holds a tenured position lecturing master's and medical students. She co-founded Hertility to address what she saw as a systemic lack of accessible, science-backed tools for women to understand their fertility without immediately entering a clinical IVF pathway, and speaks publicly on genome editing and reproductive health.
